Any liability Lucky Lion Casino has under this Agreement is strictly limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, in which case our total aggregate liability shall never exceed any payments made by you during a calendar month prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Lucky Lion Casino may terminate your access to the Service at its discretion without notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Your failure to comply with these terms;

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, shall be construed in accordance with, and interpreted under the laws. Any disputes arising out of your use of Lucky Lion Casino will be resolved through arbitration according to applicable law.
